COMMERCIAL BUILDING PROCESS
1. Face-to-Face Meeting
Face-to-face meeting with a Ben or Brendan Sexton to discuss your renovation brief and budget, including the renovation capabilities of your property.
2. Plans are Drawn
We have select group of architects and industry professionals that we routinely work with and can recommend to you.
3. Preliminary Pricing
We provide a preliminary price based on the concept drawing.
The plans are sent away for a soil test, engineering, energy efficiency report, schedule of finishes and council approval so that we can create an accurate quote.
5. Contract and Construction
A HIA Contract is signed by both parties outlining the agreed renovation specifics and inclusions. Construction begins, with a Sexton Builder Director project managing your refurbishment from concept to completion, on time and on budget.
